We founded OneMove because we were frustrated with how bad the long distance moving experience was. From getting a quote to trying to figure out who to trust, the whole thing was a mess. Plus, traditional van lines are using the same processes and paper forms they were 70 years ago when they first started.
OneMove is a fresh, technology-based approach to long distance moving. Our team cut its teeth working for moving companies like North American Van Lines, Allied Van Lines, Bekins Van Lines, Moveline, and A-1 Freeman Moving Group. We also have experience working with technology companies such as Zappos, BN.com, Etsy, Nokia Research, and Microsoft.
We started by building a network of the best moving companies in the country. These companies have been providing high-quality moving services for decades, but are also frustrated by the lack of technology and efficiency in the industry. They've joined OneMove to help bring the moving industry into the 21st century.
We created a set of tools that moving companies or anyone else can use for a more delightful moving experience. Consumers can complete a video survey and book a move directly with OneMove. OneMove Member moving companies can use OneMove to do video surveys, provide quotes for both their own services, and track and manage their shipments.
