We’ll send you a ballpark quote, so you immediately know if a full-service move is within your budget.
Unlike many companies who will just throw out a low number, the price we provide you is an actual price based on the rates and availability of the trucks and crews that would be used for your move.
You can use FaceTime or Skype, and it usually takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of your place. From there, we’ll be able to nail down exactly how much space your shipment will take up, and how many man-hours it will take to load and unload, so we can provide a guaranteed quote.
We’re available nights and weekends, so you can schedule an appointment that works with your schedule. You can schedule right online or we can follow up with you via a phone call to schedule it.
After conducting the video survey, we create an inventory of your stuff with our latest technology. This allows us to give you a guaranteed price based on the items that you are moving.
With the quote, we usually have several different options for dates, including guaranteed delivery. We can also discuss ways you can save money on the move by selecting a more flexible date or packing some items yourself before the movers arrive.

Once you have a guaranteed quote, if you want to book, we can easily finalize your reservation. We’ll provide paperwork you can sign electronically, and we’ll take down payment information for your reservation.
We won’t charge you for your move until two business days prior to the start of your shipment being picked up, and you can make changes or cancel up to a week ahead of time.
